The website may receive technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an internet address, and interaction events. Optional analytics should load only after you choose to allow analytics cookies or similar storage.
This website does not place inquiry content in local storage, session storage, analytics events, or page addresses. The local review build simulates a successful form response without saving or sending the submitted information. In production, a secure server-side function emails the inquiry to MPA Realty's designated administrative inboxes.
The only website preference saved in local storage is your optional analytics choice so the site can remember it.
Information may be processed by vendors that support website hosting, email delivery, optional analytics, and property account services. Inquiry information is not placed in a website CRM or lead database. Those providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and should be governed by appropriate agreements.
TenantCloud and other external sites have separate privacy notices. Their practices apply once you leave this website. MPA Realty does not control every feature, cookie, or availability decision of an external service.
MPA Realty does not intend to sell personal information submitted through an inquiry form. Information may be disclosed to service providers, professional advisors, transaction participants at your direction, government authorities when legally required, or a successor in a business transaction.
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards should be used, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
